'Music, the greatest good that mortals know, and all of heaven we have below.' -Joseph Addison
Hi there! Well? How was your weekend?? Can you believe this beautiful weather? It was so great to see all of you at Features on Saturday night. At least, I think I saw you. By the end of the night I'm pretty sure every single person in the Coulee Region was there!! Isn't Flashback awesome?? I am proud to say that I have been a friend of Scott's since high school and he has been a super-star in my eyes ever since!!===
So, I'm already on my second cup of coffee today. I'm trying to give up caffeine altogether...but it's harder than I thought it would be. I found this on a website for nurses: "You've probably wished more than once that you had more energy to get all the things you need to get done in a day accomplished. For many, the solution to staying alert and awake is a serving (or two, or three) of coffee. While coffee may work in the short term, you can also become addicted to the stimulating effects of caffeine, leaving you feeling even worse when you don't drink it. Instead, learn how to boost your energy without the coffee crutch by following these helpful tips."I will definitely be giving some of these a shot. ===
It's that time of year! March Madness is upon us! Be sure to fill out your brackets to win some great prizes. Need some help? From Fox Sports, here's Jeff Goodman's Breakdown of the Number 1 Seeds.
===You HAVE to check this out! Christian Marclay is a DJ and a composer of mashups, both audio and visual. He puts album covers together to make mashups that are more than the sum of their parts.
Pretty amazing stuff!= =

Jessica Simpson's show 'The Price of Beauty' debuts tonight on Vh-1. Will you be watching? I might check it out. I'm not a big fan of Jessica. She just seems so stupid. Did you hear her announcement the other day that she doesn't brush her teeth? ICK! She said, 'I just use Listerine and sometimes I'll use my sweater. I do brush every now and again, but my teeth are extremely powerful.' Do you think she's just messing with us. Who would admit such a thing if it were the truth? Reminds me of this 1970's Saturday morning cartoon commercial, 'YUCK MOUTH!' Remember this one? It was one of my favorites. =
