Remember Bethany Hamilton? She was just 13 when she tragically lost her arm after being attacked by a shark while surfboarding in California. That was 8 years ago. Fast forward to today and Bethany is all grown up and the subject of a new movie called 'Soul Surfer'. The film is described as Blue Crush meeting 127 Hours but it is an inspirational tale of triumph over adversity. Here's what Bethany looks like today: Check out the trailer for the film here. It looks really good! And anything that has Dennis Quaid in it is worth the price of admission in my opinion!

Tomorrow is April Fools Day. Are you a prankster? Check out these 50 Easy April Fool's Day Pranks. I love the idea of dipping the tips of someone's cigarettes in Orajel so their lips go numb! HA! Or how about replacing the Oreo cream-filling with toothpaste and offering it to someone! Mwwaahh!!!

I am reading the best book! It's called "The Arye of Racing In The Rain." It's a wonderful story of a man and his dog...told from the dog's point of view. There's something pretty special about the bond between man and canine. But did you know that a guy's specific choice of his four-legged bff can say a lot about his personality? Find out here What His Dog Says About Him. Although George would never admit it, he's a mutt. According to this article 'A mutt owner is usually laid-back, humble and has a good sense of right and wrong'. Spot on!

This is a must see for all animal lovers. Conservationist Damian Aspinall had raised a gorilla named Kwibi from birth until 5 years old. When he was five, Kwibi was released into the forests of West Africa as part of conservation program to re-introduce gorillas back into the wild. Now Kwibi's 10 years old, much bigger and stronger. And after searching and searching, Damian found him! Their reunion will bring tears to your eyes! I love how Kwibi introduces Damian to his 'wives'! Studly Gorilla!!
