Holy severe weather Batman! The sirens went off in Sparta and I really do think I heard that 'freight train' noise that everyone talks about. No tornadoes hit our humble little home, but we did have some HUGE hail! I hope all is well with you and yours!

Any parents out there who get sick of washing clean clothes? You know, the times when the kids are too lazy to put their clean clothes away so they just throw them in the laundry again? Or when they wear a shirt once and instead of hanging it back up in the closet, down the chute it goes! Honestly! Well, here's a website you can show to your kids...heck, I'm going to print it out and hang it above the chute door! It's called 'The When To Wash It Handbook'. According to this website, jeans should be washed after 4 to 5 wears. Tops and dresses, 1 to 3 wears. The website says these are pretty good guidelines, barring any stains or especially 'sticky' days. Great. Now I can just see my kids dumping ketchup on their clothes before they throw them down the chute.
