Wow, another day another celebrity death to report. Jani Lane, former lead singer of Warrant has died at the age of 47. That sucks. TMZ says investigators found a half-empty bottle of vodka and prescription medication in the hotel room where he died yesterday. He was a troubled dude that's for sure. I introduced Warrant at Rockfest a few years ago but that was after Jani had already left the band and they just didn't sound the same. RIP Jani. Our loss is rock n roll heaven's gain. Sigh.
