Mom: 'I don't want to sound like a broken record, but clean your room!' Son: 'what's a record?'

Finally Friday! Don't forget to 'fall back' on Saturday night/Sunday morning. I typically set the clocks back throughout the day on Saturday. It takes me all day to get to all of them. The kids get mad because they can't tell what time it really is. Hee.

My hunting friends are about to meet a fellow sportsman who has balls of steel! What would YOU do if a black bear started to climb up into your tree stand? Would keep as cool as this Minnesotan does? Me? I'd faint dead away and become that bear's super- sized Happy Meal.

Edison Pena, a good natured, funny man who was one of the Chilean miners trapped in a mine for 68 days, made an appearance on Late Night with David Letterman last night. He was quite entertaining to watch and though he can't speak English, was very animated when he told his stories. Here's the video from last night's show. I'm surprised Dave didn't interview the miner who's wife AND mistress were keeping vigil for him above ground. Now THAT would be a great interview!
