Here is this week's Classic Cocktail Recipe:
THUNDER ROAD
.25 ounce lime juice
.75 ounce light rum
1.5 ounce Applejack or Apple Brandy
.25 ounce orgeat syrup
Pour all ingredients into a shaker. Fill a high ball glass almost full with ice and dump ice into shaker. Shake well and pour into high ball glass. Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy!
