'Music washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.' ~Berthold Auerbach

I hope you had a great weekend! I had a blast at the Custom Auto Show on Saturday and what a beautiful day it was yesterday! Spring is definitely in the air!

The hot topic today? Our President's improbable and history-making push for near-universal medical coverage. I must admit that I don't know enough about it to make any sort of a statement myself. (I also feel very strongly that this isn't the forum for me to do that anyway). But we could all use a little education on the Health Care Reform Bill headed to President Obama for his signature. Here, direct from the White House, are Frequently Asked Questions About Health Insurance Reform. Hopefully this will help clear up some concerns.

Marriage has sometimes been referred to as 'taking the plunge' but never has it been done this literally. We've all had our fears of what can go wrong on our wedding day ranging from the caterer showing up late to a rip in your veil, but what about the entirety of your wedding party, 80 people in all, plunging into the beautiful lake which you’re posed above to capture the moment. It happened. And I have pictures!

Did you catch Tiger's interview on ESPN or the Golf Channel yesterday? In one of his first interviews since the scandal, he talks about his marriage, his reputation & what he'll say to his kids. Tiger says he and his wife Elin Nordegren are working toward fixing their marriage. Woods is scheduled to return to competitive golf in April at The Masters in Augusta, Georgia. He said he was excited to play again, adding he was getting ready for the first major of the season. Get the whole scoop and see the interview here.

Forget Tiger Woods, this is the guy your kids should be using as a role model! Vin Scully once again demonstrated what a class act he is. Making his debut for his 61st season as the Dodgers broadcaster, the legendary Hall of Famer apologized to his fans before the start of Sunday's exhibition game between the Dodgers and Indians in Glendale, Arizona. Last week Scully scared all of Southern California when he was taken to the hospital after a fall at his home. Right at the top of the telecast, Scully said, 'I hope you don't mind if I take a moment. First of all, I'm sorry to have caused the accident that caused so much stress. I apologize for that. I'd also like to salute the gentle heroes of 911 in Calabasas and the doctors and nurses at West Hills Hospital for taking care of me so very, very well.' Get more on the story here.
