One of life's mysteries is how a 2-pound box of chocolates can make a woman gain 5 lbs.

Happy Wednesday friends! Looks like we're in for some stormy weather. Keep up to date with our friends from StormTeam 8 both online and on the air. We'll make sure you know what's going on weather-wise throughout the day and evening. I'll bet you five bucks right now that Gorgeous George is already having a nervous breakdown. Poor thing..doesn't do well with bad weather!

I wonder if George would be as smart as this dog was. A veterinarian said Max the dog was trapped in a car on a 90-degree day in eastern Pennsylvania and honked the horn until he was rescued. Max's owner had gone shopping and was unloading packages when she returned but forgot that Max was still in the car. She later heard the horn honking and looked outside several times but saw nothing amiss. Finally, she went outside and saw Max sitting in the driver's seat, honking the horn. Max is fine now. Here are some tips for pet owners on how to keep our furry friends safe in this hot weather.

George Steinbrenner passed away at the age of 80. Love him or hate him, you cannot deny that New York Yankees owner George Steinbrenner made an impact on baseball...and pop culture. Especially if you're a Seinfeld fan. We usually saw Steinbrenner (played by Larry David) from behind...but the REAL George Steinbrenner had a cameo on the show. Here is a
clip of appearance on Seinfeld.

RIP George

Here's a fun way to kill a minute this afternoon. Check out this commercial for Levi's. Now, it says the commercial has been banned, but I can't figure out why. It's actually very clean and clever. Maybe because it's implied that the girl is a hooker. I don't know. See what you think:

Hold on to your bungholes, there's a rumor going around that Beavis and Butthead may be returning to MTV! Beavis and Butthead, created by Mike Judge, ran on MTV from 1993-1997. It was a sad day when the show stopped airing. They've been missed ever since. The return of Beavis and Butthead has yet to be confirmed by Mike Judge himself, so cross your fingers that we hear from him soon. Besides, MTV needs to return to it's roots, don't you think? This Jersey Shore crap, anything-but-music station has gone too far. I want my MTV, and I want my Beavis and Butthead!
