Did you hear about this? A die-hard Rush fan is suing the rock band over a cancelled Chicago show. Forty-two-year-old Christopher Langone flew into Chicago from upstate New York to hear the Canadian rockers at Northerly Island last Wednesday, July 7th. Langone filed a breach of contract lawsuit days later, claiming the show was cancelled at the last-minute because of rain, despite band promotions that called it a "rain or shine" event. The class action suit seeks reimbursement for the six 80-dollar tickets Langone bought, 250-dollars in air fare and a round of beers. What do you think? Does he have a valid complaint? I think he does, especially since it was promoted as a 'rain or shine' event.

Here is some good news for our Veterans. Veterans suffering crippling flashbacks and emotional numbness will soon no longer have to prove their trauma is related to a single, dramatic event. That's because the Department of Veterans Affairs is loosening the rules for claiming post-traumatic stress disorder. Good move!
